Describe the bug
If you open the emoji menu and then attempt to close it by clicking on the menu icon, the menu closes and then immediately reopens. The other ways of closing it (by clicking somewhere else or pressing the ESC button) work normally.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • Open up the emoji menu.
  • Click on the emoji menu icon while it's open.
  • See as it re-opens immediately.

  • Device: Desktop PC
  • OS: Arch Linux 64-bit, Windows 7, Windows 10
  • Session Version or Git commit hash: version 1.7.3
