IE9 Can't set headers,So Server can't parse post data #572

@steffans We just tried, and this still happens in 1.3.1 when we emulate IE9. |

When I post data to server using IE9, Express server can't parse json data.I found it was caused by missing request header 'Content-Type'.When I set this header in client, IE9 refuse to attach this header to the request headers.But It works in IE10+.
