Tracking some unit tests skipped in

porting Table functionality to Table2 in [table] feat: add Table2 and EditableCell2, use new hotkeys API #4790
enabling strictNullChecks in [v4] [table] chore: enable strict null checks #5057

Some of these tests had poor assumptions that broke them as our testing and build infrastructure was updated over the years.
