Codecov actions require tokens for v4 #853

The Codecov action has been updated and now requires a token to be generated by a repo owner (@aaronspring).

You'll also need a token to use v4: codecov/feedback#112

Token is already present in https://github.com/pangeo-data/climpred/settings/secrets/actions. Followed https://docs.codecov.com/docs/quick-start
