This is a follow up to this comment.

The tl;dr is that in our runtime's RuntimeVersion struct a new field was added,state_version, in paritytech/substrate#9732. In the documentation it states that for live chains this should be set to 0 until a suitable migration path is available. This migration path is being tracked by the following PR: paritytech/substrate#10073.

When this PR is merged we should migrate the "live" Canvas network on Rococo to use state_version = 1.
