Phase 1: Deploy Shell chain

• Finalise Shell/Cumulus

  • Unit tests for all XCM components used in Shell and Kusama Relay
  • Finalise Shell genesis (no tokens)
  • Integrate Shell into Cumulus as runtime
• Finalise Kusama Relay
  • Integrate parachains logic
  • Integrate XCM logic
  • Add XCM-based withdraw+teleport extrinsic usable by signed accounts
• Deploy on and test on Rococo
  • Teleport tokens from Relay
  • Upgrade to standard Test parachain authorised from Relay
