modify Makefile

make

error occurs:

/root/anaconda3/lib/libicui18n.so.58: undefined reference to `__cxa_throw_bad_array_new_length@CXXABI_1.3.8'
/root/anaconda3/lib/libicui18n.so.58: undefined reference to `operator delete(void*, unsigned long)@CXXABI_1.3.9'

it's a conflict between /root/anaconda3/lib/libicui18n.so.58 and the system lib /usr/lib64/libicui18n.so.50

try to make the Makefile using the system lib /usr/lib64/libicui18n.so.50

do the following:
(1) modify the Makefile
line 94:  LDFLAGS+= -L/usr/local/cuda/lib64 -lcuda -lcudart -lcublas -lcurand
to
LDFLAGS+= -L/usr/local/cuda/lib64 -L/usr/lib64 -lcuda -lcudart -lcublas -lcurand

export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/local/lib:/usr/local/cuda-10.0/lib64:/usr/lib64/boost/lib/:

make
done!
