Describe the issue

The new minimum requirements for supernodes are insane for v2.0.0.0

Can you reliably reproduce the issue?

If so, please list the steps to reproduce below:

  1. Try to run a supernode

Expected behavior

To remove the new artificial and arbitrary minimum requirements

Actual behaviour + errors

To run the previous version required far fewer machine requirements and it could be run using SWAP memory not just RAM (as low as 1CPU and 12Gb of RAM/SWAP), also because most of the time the CPU is IDLE.
This new change will have a huge impact on the costs of all the supernodes and the project (if the number of nodes decreases dramatically)

I'm using the newly released version Monet v2.0.0.0
