Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

A package may have several extras require: network, security, experiment, and all to contain all of them. Now people have to redefine dependencies for all. This issue proposes a simpler way to define extras like all.

Describe the solution you'd like

extras = ["network", "security", "experiment", "all=network|security|experiment"]
