Describe the solution you'd like

Unlike running commands like pip / pipenv / poetry directly, running pdm directly will display an error message "pdm: error: No command given". It would be more user-friendly to change it to have the same effect as "pdm -h" with exit code 0, to maintain consistency with other tools.
