Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Currently when pdm looks for pyproject.toml, it recursively checks the current directory and its parent directories, with a maximum depth equal to 5. This might not be big enough for a big project. It would be nice if the maximum depth can be configured by the user.

Describe the solution you'd like

Make max_depth a configuration parameter such as these listed here.
