What's localization | 当前的局限性

现在是延长每幅作品的抓取时间以防止返回429

What's your wishes | 你希望是怎样的

可以保持原先的速度然后在429以后持续以15S或者30S的CD对第一幅429的作品反复访问返回非429的时候继续抓取最大化利用时间

用原来的速度差不多60左右就被拦截了，至少要停一分钟，然后现在的速度是一秒一张。感觉差不多？
