- Clone the contact-pencilblue repository into the plugins folder of your PencilBlue installation
cd [pencilblue_directory]/plugins
git clone https://github.com/pencilblue/contact-pencilblue.git-
Install the contact-pencilblue plugin through the manage plugins screen in the admin section (/admin/plugins).

Add the ^tmp_pb_contact_form^ directive to any HTML template and the contact form will be automatically loaded.

Contacts can be found under custom objects in the admin section.
