Too slow when downloading package from atmosphere

when i tried :
meteor update
or

meteor update --release 1.3
...

it run too slow when downloading package.

This project is already at Meteor 1.3, the latest release.
   Downloading webpack:[email protected]...     [=                       ] 3% 16467.0s

and error:

=> Errors while upgrading packages:

While downloading webpack:[email protected]...:
error: read ECONNRESET

sometime will take 4 - 6 hours to complete. OMG

Hi @lyquocnam - I'm not seeing these problems (and have not heard of others complaining of them. Could the issue be your connection?

I did this for two days and many times

meteor add webpack:webpack

It keeps showing the line shown below:
Downloading webpack:[email protected]... -
