Edge: Cannot insert cursor in document title

It is extremely difficult to insert the cursor in the title bar of a document. Most clicks do not work. Every once in a while it seems to work, but usually not.

On further testing, it appears that clicking on the title bar of a doc or folder causes the cursor to be inserted at the BEGINNING of any existing text, but the cursor is not visible. One must either use the delete key (not backspace) to clear the title, or use the arrow keys to move to the right and then backspace.
