The share link should also store the selected rule

When opening a share link the editor will select the first rule in the specification instead of the rule selected when clicking the copy share link button.

For example opening this example, will select the "Fragment" rule. Selecting the "Root" rule and generating a new url using "Copy share link" will generate a link that still selects the "Fragment" rule when opened.

This issue seems to be fixed on the live site, so closing should be fine.
