Enable chunked encoding for sending

Hi,

Currently using verion 3.1.0, we have a need to enable chunked encoding for sending but could not find anything exposed for that. I can see there is support for receiving, is it possible to add this support for sending as well?

The "large file support" does the chunking internally. Should do the trick.
