%C Driver for ATMEL WLAN compatible WiFi controllers
Syntax:
io-net -d atmel [option[,option ...]] ... &
Options (to override autodetected defaults):
verbose Be verbose.
promiscuous Enable promiscuous mode.
nomulticast Disable multicast support.
ssid=name Set the SSID (network name) to connect/create
channel=num 802.11 channel to use. Scans in normal mode.
rts_thresh=num Set the RTS threshold. Should be the same as the
access point or the other cards being used in the network.
opmode=num Operating mode, 0=AD_HOC,1=Infrastructure(AP),2=Auto
default_key=[1-4] Which of the keys given by key[1-4] to use for WEP.
key[1-4]=KEY Setup one of the 4 default WEP keys. (If you setup no key, WEP will be disabled.)
Where KEY can either be a Hexadeciamal string (start string with 0x) or ASCII. 5 or 13 ascii or 10/26 Hex.
For example, key1=0x0102030405.
wepmode=[0,1] If WEP is mandatory(1) or optional(0)
authtype=[0,1] Open System(0), Shared Key(1)
preambletype=[0-2] Long Preamble(0),Short Preamble(1), Auto Preamble(2)
pwrmgmtmode=[0,1] Normal mode(0), Power save(1)
beaconperiod=num XXX...
irq=num This option is REQUIRED.
ioport=num This option is REQUIRED.
Examples:
# Start io-net using the ATMEL WLAN driver and the full TCP/IP stack:
