Does Phosphor have an SVG sprite?

I was wondering if Phosphor includes a .symbol.svg file somewhere to facilitate SVG sprite usage (via <use>), like, for example:

    <use xlink:href="your-path/icon.symbol.svg#admin-fill"></use>
</svg>
