Could it be that the T3 is using an ADC voltage ref of 1.5V
As I recall, the ADC maxes out at 11.7V.
My voltage divider theoretically gives 1.254V for this. R1 = 1MOhm, R2 = 120KOhm
I could see this happening if the reference voltage was 1.5V. With the measured values the output voltage should be more like 1.14V.
