Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe:

It's a new thing, not related to any problem.

Describe the feature you'd like:

TiDB can run in browser
TiDB can be compiled to WebAssembly WASI, can be published in WAPM, and can run in WebAssembly shell

Describe alternatives you've considered:

Maybe rewrite TiDB with javascript? I don't think it's an easy task.

Teachability, Documentation, Adoption, Migration Strategy:

Open our site, play with SQL
as this issue described
