What happened?

Identified Issues:

1. **Functionality: The chatbot responds with “Oops! Please try again!” for any query, making it non-functional.
2. Visibility: User input text is not clearly visible, impacting user experience.
3. Design and Naming: The chatbot needs a design upgrade to be more attractive and should have a name like "GyaanSevak" or "AskGuru" to add personality.

Proposed Improvements:

1. Fix Chatbot Responses: Resolve the issue causing the “Oops! Please try again!” response to ensure accurate replies.
2. Improve Text Visibility: Adjust font size, color, and background to enhance user input visibility.
3. Redesign Chatbot Interface: Modernize the chatbot’s visual design with better layout, color schemes, and interactive elements.
4. Naming the Chatbot: Give the chatbot a name such as "GyaanSevak" or "AskGuru" and update the interface accordingly.
