This is a sub-task of #239 : FASTA / DNA sequence search API, display results in frontend scope:API scope:GUI scope:backend scope:frontend

This will enable use of a standard blast container, such as ncbi/blast, biocontainers/blast

set up blast db for RGT planet : db is in place and queries OK
wrapped container query with a http lookup,
connect that to node server request (7a69437)

set up blast request from container to container (7a69437) 732ea23 : OK in container.
