Version

PlatformIO Core, version 6.1.4

Background

I am able to remotely monitor the device connected to the machine running the remote agent.

This issue might be related to: platformio/platformio-core#3315

Steps to reproduce

When running:

pio remote run -t upload -e esp32 --verbose

I get the following error:

*** Import of non-existent variable ''projenv''
File "/home/{my-username}/.platformio/platforms/espressif32/builder/main.py", line 558, in <module>
