Reporting an Issue or Missing Feature

When creating a new page, its header layout type is always set to the default FullWidthImage. It would be nice to have be able to select all types available inside the enum ClientSidePageHeaderLayoutType - FullWidthImage, NoImage, ColorBlock, and CutInShape -.
FullWidthImage could still be the default type, so the header doesn't change unless the user explicitly tells the command to change it. I've been looking through the code and maybe I can come up with a solution. Doesn't seem complex.
