Unable to update certain articles

Hi,
I regularly get 500 errors and for the last few weeks I've been unable to update certain articles. When I save the following message appears ‘The update has failed. Unable to update the publication in the database’.
Example of an article that cannot be updated: https://bons-plans-londres.com/afternoon-tea-decorations-de-noel-visite-gourmande-dans-un-bus-a-imperiale/
I used WP debug and I read on the debug.log file :
