Everything works up to the point where it says (I'm even being asked whether I want to accept the fingerprints):
installing agents...
This fails. I don't know why is there a log?
I should also mention that I am using weave.

Because centos 7 switched to systemd and you need to install the 'initscripts' package as part of your Dockerfile. Additionally you would need to enable systemd in the Dockerfile.

It's a bit complicated to fix it.
I offer a workaround solution. You can install cassandra on centos 6 and can use opscenter to install agent into cassandra nodes.
