Docker file of apps/candlestick-patterns fails to execute #764

When running the docker command:
docker build -t candlestick-patterns .

as part of the https://github.com/polakowo/vectorbt/tree/master/apps/candlestick-patterns instructions the execution fails with:

configure: error: cannot guess build type; you must specify one.

Docker version: 27.4.0
Host: Apple M1
