The cndi CLI exits with error code 918 when it finds any cndi_config.yaml[infrastructure][cndi][nodes] entry which specifies both count and min_count

resolution tips

If you want to specify a range of valid node counts, use min_count and max_count only. If you want to specify a specific node count with no autoscaling, define only count.
