CodeQL scanning is failing

@randomdross fyi it looks like the CodeQL annotation you put into place is failing. I get emailed about it every so often. Not sure if you do too.

Created #30 to remove the CodeQL config. It doesn't scan Rust code currently, so there's no point in leaving it enabled. Will bring it back if they start supporting Rust.
