Li chieh's growth curves

  • label next to data : directLabels : It is hard to see colours in the legend when alpha is low

Ian's Python

  • get it to read metadata from a csv (Ian's suggestion) to it is more robust : but that would mean changing files for each run. Ideally we want a self containerized file and nothing else changing in the script.
