Allow use of mods in lazer editor test play

When making a map with a certain visual with a certain mod in mind whether difficulty adjusting or just for fun mods- allowing to test play in editor with mods would be awesome. Also i've seen a lot of people ask for some sort practice mode but implementing mods in the editor test play would basically achieve that.
