Iceberg supports views. Given that Iceberg users who want to use Presto may want to continue to use their stored views, we should support view creation and usage in Presto natively.

The Iceberg view spec for reference.

Reopening as the Hive functionality doesn't follow the spec. We should ensure if HMS is used, we also write the view according to the spec, and this should also work for all other catalogs.
