Plunkr Case (Bug Reports)
The Bug is reproducible on the PrimeNG example website (Table > Edit > Row Editing). Please see the attached GIF:
The progress value from the ProgressBar component is not clearly visible when using one of the 4 built-in material design themes (e.g. Indigo Light). I provided two example GIFs that show the issue in PrimeNG 13.1.0 and PrimeNG 11.4.10-lts. Please observe the progress value of the first progress bar.
Expected behavior
The progress value from the ProgressBar is visible when using one of the 4 built-in material design themes.
Minimal reproduction of the problem with instructions

What is the motivation / use case for changing the behavior?
We currently use the Material Design theme 'Indigo Light' and the progress bar value is not usable with this theme.
