Dropdown: aria-expanded is hard-coded to false

Describe the bug

The accessibility attribute aria-expanded should indicate whether a combobox is expanded or collapsed. PrimeNG's dropdown template currently has this attribute hard-coded as false, but it should use the value of the overlayVisible property instead.

So sorry for the delayed response! Improvements have been made to many components recently, both in terms of performance and enhancement. Therefore, this improvement may have been developed in another issue ticket without realizing it. You can check this in the documentation.
