Introduce process management and babysitting for the zededa-container

We should really look into using a combination of tini + monit for making sure that we do proper process management and process babysitting inside of the container.

While it is true that our final goal is 100% desegregation, we should't really wait for that in order to make process bringup/etc. more reliable.
