Event Length != Track Length for Single Track Events in DQP

In the data quality plots, using termite, I was able to select only events with one track. I found that the event length was not always, though usually was, equal to the track length. This caused unusual discrepancies in the event length distribution that was otherwise unexplained. This was confirmed to occur for multiple datasets
