User is not able to save the same file name in different folders

Steps to reproduce:
1.Connect to the Gok CDN device.
2.Open the URL: admin.openrap.com
3.Login with valid credentials.
4.Create 2 folders and try to put the same file name in both the folders.(eg. test1.pdf)
5.Observe the error message is displayed.

Expected Result:
User should be able to upload same file in multiple folders.
