Create example.rules and add an overview of all available metrics

We should provide example recording rules and alerts.
Also an overview of all metric names available in the README should be helpful when evaluating this exporter.

Maybe for grafana dashboards it's nice to put them on their platform, rather than posting it here. Saw that a few times. Might be better, because one can see more quickly what's going on?!
