Hi @eric-enrico-roy <https://github.com/eric-enrico-roy>,
I'm Sandy, developer from Pronto Tools.
For this issue, I've tried to investigate on my site, and not found the
total wrong calculated if set free trial to the subscription product. You
can see the attachment below.
![screen shot 2560-10-12 at 4 26 02 pm](https://user-images.githubusercontent.com/3271452/31571648-1c93a360-b0c1-11e7-97e4-7ec3f5525a3c.png)
And when add products to the cart which has *1 subscription with free trial
1 month* and *1 simple product* (assume $1 price), the cart count shortcode
will render just count the items in the cart and will not count the price
for the subscription that has free trial, so that should be *(2) Total:
$1.00. *(Please the screenshot below)

Could you please help check the setting of subscription product that
already setup the free trial? Or which plugin that you use for setting
subscription product? In my site, I've use Woocommerce Subscription plugin
for setting up the product.
Sorry for the late response.
Let us know if you have any question.
Thanks,
Sandy - Pronto Tools
Hi,
I am using the subscription plugin and the way the text is presented by the shortcode is not displayed properly.
Here is the text that is displayed by WooCommerce for a subscription including a free trial and 1 item (75$) that needs to be paid now.
75.00 $ now, then 70.00 $ / month following 1 month of free trial
And here is what is being displayed by the shortcode
(2) Total: 145.00 $ now, then 70.00 $ / month following 1 month of free trial
As you can see, the initial total is wrongly calculated.
That should be easy to fix and it is really important to be fixed.
Thanks for your contribution,
Eric
