Simulate garbage collection using block profit score

Use the calculated profit (as per ipfs/kubo#8870 (comment)) to simulate use-based garbage collection. Extend the current logging of profit scores to also log whether the block would have been deleted or retained, plus a summary of the number of blocks deleted and the space freed up
