Post new Good First Issues on the mastodon channel

To increase the reach of the new Good First Issue we can implement a script that posts the title and the link to a new Good First Issue on the Mastodon channel.

I could make an rss or json feed of issues pretty easily, we could setup a cron action to post from there?

I thought about this feature from the user's perspective. People follow the feed to stay informed about the ecosystem. Integrating the issues would create a lot of noise that is uninteresting to almost everyone following the project. ClimateTriage already provides the perfect front end to inform about good first issues.
