macOS window restoration broken again

Description of the bug

In the previous version this specific bug was fixed and it was working fine, as stated by the release notes

• macOS specific: It is now possible to restore PrusaSlicer by clicking the dock icon after minimizing it. Partial fix was already in 2.4.1, this release should fix it for good on all macOS versions both Intel and ARM (MacOS / Minimize window / Shortcut CMD + M #6364, related to 2.4.1-beta3 crashes on launch #7981).

In 2.4.2 that has been broken again. But now it's worse than before. You can't restore it from the "View All Windows" option, as it doesn't show up there anymore.

Project file & How to reproduce

• In macOS, go to Apple > System Preferences > Dock & Menu Bar
• Check the option "Minimise windows into application icon"
• Restart Prusa Slicer
• Minimise the app
• Try to restore it by clicking the application icon in the dock
