Add options like, channel name, tags to a single channel.

Example

[channel.ltt]
rss = "..."
tags = [ "tech", "info"]

[channel.scottmanley]
rss = "..."
tags = ["info", "science", "space"]

Thus more information will be available to the user.
Especially when status subcommand is used.
