Link to nearby items

When viewing a single record, there should be a link to takes the user to the shelf browse page where they can the see item next to other items sorted by call number.

What Done Looks Like

1. Link with "nearby on shelf" somewhere on the item record page
2. Link resolves to the call number browse page with the item in question shown near the top of the list of items
3. Item should be highlighted in some way
