I think it would look nicer (and probably be more performant) if there was a 100-250ms wait time on the popups if you are mousing over things in the chat or the combat tracker. Otherwise, when you rapidly scroll through, you'll end up rendering a lot of extra elements quickly, which could be laggy on lower-end machines, and on machines that can do it, it looks kinda weird.

Added a variation of this in version 1.2.2:
A setting do set a delay to tooltip appear. While its not specific for chat hover, will work for both.
Also I've added a option to disable chat hover (but keep chat click).

The delay does work at the start, but as it's currently written, it makes it persist after the mouse has left the area for the same duration.
