This introduced a breaking change, we now have to change "value" to "content" for all records in 100++ zones / domains.

resource/cloudflare_record: value is now deprecated in favour of content (cloudflare/terraform-provider-cloudflare#3509)

We're not pinning provider version, maybe we should.

Edit: How would you do that ^ exactly? 🤔 Using pulumi/actions + GitHub actions + Pulumi Cloud for state.
