App Rate plugin is not having the arabic support and need customization to keep it more dynamic. #336

Hi Team,

We have installed cordova app rate plugin and we are facing the below issues.

Buttons are getting rendered horizontally for arabic and vertically for english in android.
Arabic text rendering is incorrect and its not rendering properly from right to left .
Few symbols (Like exclamatory symbol is getting rendered in reverse direction).

Please provide additional configuration parameters to make it compatible with different languages.
