can you open a new issue to discuss further the idea of removing the "Site navigation" title?

Summary

The "Site Navigation" heading is hide on wide screen, but shows up on narrow/mobile screen in the primary/left sidebar overlay.

I made a case to remove it in 1454.

I also agree with this! Could be nice to be able to customize the "Section Navigation" text
