Can you allow multiprocessing when preprocessing dataset? I have tried multiprocessing this python module, but it posed error everytime OSError: [Errno 24] Too many open files.

Interesting idea. I see what I can do, but it may take a while. Feel free to submit a PR if you have plans to implement it by yourself.
